Program document for a GPE education sector plan implementation and a Multiplier grant with an additional maximum country allocation to Papua New Guinea to support the program titled: Boosting education standards together in Papua New Guinea (BEST PNG).

The program aims to improve lower primary student learning in math and science in low-performing provinces through strengthened pre-service and in-service teacher education, expanded access to teacher training for female teachers and improved access to textbooks.
