As part of the CEO performance process, the CEO identifies priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. These priorities are linked to the strategic plan, the previous year’s performance evaluation, and include key performance indicators. The Board is requested to consider the proposed GPE priorities for CEO performance for the period of June 2024 to June 2025, for its decision.
