Nepal Partnership Compact is an agreement on key priority areas for transformational change of the education system. Its development aligns with Nepal’s development and initiation of the new long-term School Education Sector Plan.

The key priorities identified under the GPE strategic partnership are part of the key reform areas of the School Education Sector Plan, and the system strengthening required based on the assessment of the enabling factors is incorporated in the activities and strategies included in the chapter on institutional capacity in the plan.
