The Partnership Compact describes the priority reform and how it will lead to transformational change in Liberia’s education system.

The selection of the priority reform and its associated policy outcomes was made by the Ministry of Education in consultation with its development partners and is based on the latest Education Sector Analysis (2022) and Education Sector Plan 2022/23-2026/27.
