The Board is requested to consider a joint recommendation from the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee and the Finance and Risk Committee relating to the costed extension proposal for the Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIX), including allocation of resources to finance the extension, through June 30, 2027.
