This guidance is part of the efforts of the Global Partnership for Education to support governments and their partners in monitoring education delivery throughout COVID-19 and into the recovery phase.

It responds to a demand from GPE partner countries for practical recommendations on how to continue organizing joint sector reviews in ways that are feasible and responsive to their needs in the current context and complements the Practical Guide for Organizing Joint Sector Reviews in the Education Sector.
