This paper communicates recommendations from the Finance and Risk Committee to the Board for scaling up the GPE Multiplier. This would also extend periods during which countries can access GPE Multiplier, update the list of countries eligible to access the Multiplier during the 2018-2020 period, and integrate procedural changes and risk mitigation measures to improve its operation.
