This document briefly describes: the consultative process undertaken thus far to develop the GPE 2025 operating model, financing and funding (FF) framework, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework; the planned committee and consultation processes between September and December 2020; and the key decisions that will be put before the Board in December 2020.
