Building on Ghana’s achievements in expanding education, this plan sets out the vision and the policies for realizing the ambition of transforming Ghana into a ‘learning nation’. It recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of the current system and describes strategies to address the challenges in order to give every Ghanaian child the opportunity to succeed and to contribute to national development.
