Providing financial and other assistance geared towards improving education in the world’s poorest and least developed countries, including those affected by fragility and conflict, entails inherent risks that must be managed. The Secretariat of the Global Partnership for Education, as well as all GPE partners, are aware and alert to these risks and their duties as stewards of donor funds.
