This formative evaluation assesses the relevance, efficiency, and (early signs of) effectiveness of GPE’s support to countries’ COVID-19 response and provides recommendations for improvement.

This information will aim to help strengthen how GPE approaches, facilitates and ensures the appropriateness of its support to emergency situations such as this pandemic, and learn from this, should crises such as the current one take place in the future.
