Final report on GPE education sector plan development grant to Somalia. The Grant was implemented between December 2012 and June 2014. There were two phases to the utilization. The first phase covered the period from 7 December 2012 to 31 December 2013, and the second phase covered activities implemented between 1 January 2014 and 30 June 2014.
