The purpose of this paper is for the Board to consider the recommendation from the GERF Committee to approve to postpone the calls for Board and Committee nominations until after the December Board meeting and extend Board and Committee terms expiring on December 31, 2016 to close of business on March 1, 2017 in conjunction with the conclusion of the Special Board meeting.
