This partnership compact has been developed through an inclusive, government-led, and evidence- based process, which started with the Education Working Group coming from the Ministry of Education and representatives of the different stakeholder groups of the Education Development Partners.

The compact aims to transform education in Eritrea by ensuring quality foundational teaching and learning for all girls and boys.
