The purpose of this paper is to present for Board decision improvements to GPE’s operating model.

Effective partnership roll-out outcomes are meaningful, implementable and will have impact, they will strengthen mutual accountability and government ownership, with the ambition that all the partnership’s transactions add value in meeting the strategic goals and objectives of GPE.
