The completion report seeks to:

• Evaluate and report on overall performance, by providing a complete and systematic account of the performance and results of the project, issues related to implementation and measures taken to address them.
• Share reflections to improve the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of future such projects and GPE processes.
• Ensure accountability and transparency of the grant and its commitments.

The grant agent should submit the report through the GPE reporting portal. Please contact the grant operations officer for your country if you do not have credentials to access the portal.
