Samoa’s Education Sector Plan 2019–2024 weaves the direction of Government, regional and international policies to address social and welfare issues for Samoans with the intention of establishing a knowledgeable economy.

The plan aims to deliver and promote high quality education and training to meet the national, economic, social and cultural goals of Samoa. Its five priorities are:

• Inclusive education
• Early Childhood Education
• Technical and vocational education and training
• Information and communication technology
• Capacity development of staff.
