The Board of Directors approves the proposed revised top-up trigger and an allocation from GPE trust funds for a system transformation grant, in support of the Inclusive and Transformative Reform Agenda for Quality Learning for All Girls and Boys in Eritrea program in the amount of US$11,820,000.
