The Board of Directors, recognizing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic to Liberia’s education sector program implementation grant, including delays to achieving expected results and verification of complex performance indicators, approves the proposed material revision, including a one-year no-cost extension until June 30, 2023.
