The CEO, in her delegated authority from the Board of Directors and after concurrence of the EXCO based on the mitigating factors presented by Cambodia on the domestic financing requirement, approves an allocation of US$10 million as Multiplier grant to Cambodia, plus an additional US$175,000 in agency fees to the World Bank as grant agent.
