The GPE CEO, in her delegated authority from the Board of Directors, approves a Multiplier grant to Cambodia in the amount of US$10,000,000 as additional financing to the system transformation grant, plus an additional US$700,000 (7%) in agency fees to UNICEF as grant agent.
