The CEO, in her delegated authority from the Board of Directors, approves the Multiplier Grant request for Zimbabwe in the amount of US$8,660,000 as an additional financing to the system transformation grant plus an additional US$606,200 in agency fees to UNICEF as the grant agent, and a four-month no-cost extension to the system transformation grant’s closing date, from August 31, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
