The Board of Directors approves:

• The appointment of Ms. Kalsoom Saqib, Special Secretary of School Education, Department in the Government of Punjab, Pakistan, to serve on the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023, representing the partner countries constituency category; and
• The revised membership roster of the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee.
