The GPE Board of Directors approves:

• The appointment of Dr. Rebecca Telford, Deputy Director (OiC) of the Division of Resilience and Solutions, and Chief, Education Section, at UNHCR, to serve on the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023, representing the Multilateral Agencies (MLA) constituency category;
• the appointment of ELOBO AMBASSA Lisette Catherine, Head of the Planning, Projects and Cooperation Division, Ministry of Primary Education, Cameroon, to serve on the Finance and Risk Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023, representing the Developing Country Partners (DCPs) constituency category; and
• the revised membership rosters of the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee (Annex A) and Finance and Risk Committee (Annex B).
