The Board of Directors approves the appointment of Ms. Louise Burdloff, Deputy Head of the Human Development Unit at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, to serve on the Finance and Risk Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023; and the revised membership rosters of the Finance and Risk Committee.
