This document reviews the proposed Education in Emergencies and Protracted Crises platform and it’s alignment with the GPE's strategic goals and operational model. It also examines some of the issues to be considered if GPE were to host the platform, and explores some of the opportunities, challenges, and risks that are posed by the creation of such a new platform.
