Decision on costed restructuring of an implementation grant to Djibouti

The CEO, in her delegated authority from the Board of Directors, approves an additional financing of US$2.5 million to the ongoing Djibouti education sector program implementation grant (US$ 5 million) and Multiplier grant (US$ 5 million).
