The Board of Directors approves:

  • The appointment of Marie Soulié, Head of the Education, Youth and Gender Sector at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, France, from the donors constituency category, to serve as Chair on the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023;
  • The appointment of Dan Thakur, Senior Education Specialist, Global Affairs Canada, Canada, to serve on the Finance and Risk Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023, representing the donor constituency category.
