The Board of Directors invites Liberia to submit an application, no later than May 20, 2024, of up to US$ 13,650,000 (70% of the system transformation grant allocation of $19,650,000) in accordance with the strategic parameters for GPE support, with the option to include an additional US$ 5,850,000 (30% of the system transformation grant allocation), the release of which is conditioned on GPE Board decision that top-up triggers have been achieved.
