The Board of Directors approves the appointment of Ms. Elin Ruud, Senior Adviser in the Education Section of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, to serve on the Finance and Risk Committee for the term ending December 29, 2023, representing the donor constituency category; and the revised roster of the committee.
