The Board of Directors approves:

• The appointment of Nesmy Manigat, Minister of Education of Haiti as Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee; and
• the appointment of Judith Herbertson from the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office as the Chair of the Performance, Impact and Learning Committee; and
• the roster of both committees.
